About Us

W3 initiative is a Ghanaian based non-governmental organization led by girls for girls to girls which empowers young women with skills and girls to break cultural limitation to achieve their goals. We enhance the capacity building of women and youth in Ghana through our vocational Education training (VET), leadership, Technology and entrepreneurship. 

We address unemployment, inequality and promote education in Ghana by producing quality educational materials. We are committed to serving women, youth and children by creating project that advance their social and economic welfare. 

Specially designed programmes and activities through collaborative efforts with partners and other institutions to reduce the effect of gaps and constraints at current within the Ghanaian economy and empowering citizens particularly women and the youth through various skills development and enhancements programmes. 

The project in the short term looks at addressing the challenge of capacity building and job creation for individuals particularly women and the youth whiles further attempts are made in the medium and long term to address other challenges facing the development of SME’s for women.
